the breakfast buffet had ample variety. FRESH juices and many selections were available. the hotel location offered both convenience and relative peace. The shuttle service handled the hilly terrain and was convenient.
our room LACKED sufficient storage space. the wardrobe had few hangers and no drawers existed. patong did not offer a relaxing holiday. dodgy bars and cannabis shops lined the streets.

Acceptable, but Some Issues

The room had furnishings and décor that were acceptable.
Calling for a ride to leave the room was not ideal. I had to call the reception each time to get to the pool. Rim Talay restaurant had a specific issue, a waitress told my girlfriend she had to wear a t-shirt over her bikini top. This happened even though the restaurant is near the pool. It felt uncivilized.

Our stay began BADLY. The room wasn't ready until almost 5 pm. I found this VERY inconvenient. the minibar wasn't properly stocked upon arrival. I had to request several items. This made me REALLY ANGRY

the resort has a lot of amenities. the restaurants served delicious meals. the staff was very friendly and helpful. golf at the reception was especially helpful, giving us great recommendations.

the beautiful double room offered amazing ocean views. it included a comfortable bed and modern amenities. two separate sinks and a rainfall shower were great additions, offering extra convenience after a day outdoors.
